1. Service Description

Signrly provides centralised email signature management for small teams. We deploy branded signatures to Gmail and Outlook mailboxes via OAuth integration.

2. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to use Signrly to send spam, phishing emails, or unlawful content through managed signatures.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly per user. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Signatures are automatically removed from mailboxes after cancellation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Signrly is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
