1. Information We Collect

When you connect your Gmail or Outlook account, Signrly accesses your email signature settings and, with your permission, your send-as aliases. We access only the minimum data required to inject and manage your email signature.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Inject your branded email signature into your Gmail or Outlook mailbox
• Track clicks on links within your signature for analytics
• Display campaign banners in team signatures

3. Data Storage

Your display name, job title, phone number, and signature template preferences are stored securely in our database. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not read, store, or access the content of your emails.

4. Data Deletion

When you cancel your subscription, all your data — including team members, templates, banners, and click analytics — is available for download. Signatures are removed from all connected mailboxes at the end of your billing period.
